Daniela Baur is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over six years of dedicated coaching practice and more than 700 hours of client work, grounded in the highest standards of the International Coaching Federation. Her work is enriched by over four decades of professional life, including leadership, organizational responsibility, and real-life transition. As an internal coach and seasoned leader within a large multi-location healthcare organization and awarded Coach of the Year 2021 among more than 300 coaches, Daniela understands the real, daily pressures that high-capacity Christian women face.
Her coaching is dedicated to women in senior leadership, typically ages 40 to 70, who are balancing executive responsibilities, family demands, ministry involvement, and the desire to remain spiritually anchored. Daniela specializes in helping these women move from chronic stress, fatigue, and self-pressure to a place of clarity, confidence, and God-centered peace.
