Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that supports self-awareness, clarity, and intentional action. As your coach, I don’t diagnose, treat, or give advice. Instead, I partner with you to explore what matters most, strengthen your inner resources, and move forward in ways that align with your values and life context.
My coaching is for women who are navigating responsibility, leadership, or meaningful life transitions and who want space to pause, reflect, and realign. Many of my clients are balancing professional roles, family responsibilities, and personal growth, often feeling stretched, uncertain, or at a crossroads.
No. You are welcome whether or not you identify as Christian. My coaching is values-led and respectful. Faith-based reflection, prayer, or scripture are included only when desired and appropriate for the client.
Each session is client-led and shaped around what feels most important to you at the time. Sessions may include reflective questions, exploration of patterns or challenges, and space to identify practical next steps. Coaching is not about fixing you — it’s about creating clarity and momentum.
Coaching remains client-led and centred on your goals and priorities. At times, reflective tools, exercises, or written prompts may be offered as optional support if they serve your process. These are always used with care and intention, and only when they feel helpful to you.

That depends on your goals and situation. Some clients benefit from short-term coaching around a specific transition, while others choose a longer partnership for deeper leadership or life work. This is something we can explore during a Meet & Greet conversation.
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential and follow the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), except where disclosure is required by law.
Coaching can be supportive if you are feeling overwhelmed and want space to pause, reflect, and make intentional changes. Many clients use coaching as a proactive step in preventing burnout by gaining clarity, setting healthier boundaries, and realigning priorities.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing severe distress or mental health concerns, I encourage seeking appropriate professional support.
Coaching sessions are primarily held online. When appropriate and feasible, individual or group sessions may be offered in person, with details shared in advance.. After booking, you’ll receive clear information about scheduling, payment, and next steps.
The best place to start is with a Meet & Greet conversation. This is a no-pressure opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore whether coaching feels like a good fit.
That’s completely okay. The Meet & Greet is designed for clarity, not commitment. If coaching isn’t the right support for you at this time, I’ll be honest and respectful about that.
